The Special Dye Cream Solution is a product designed to enhance the results of eyebrow and eyelash dye treatment. It has a creamy texture that prevents dripping and facilitates its application to make it more comfortable and safe. It results in a more homogeneous mixture.
Recommended mixing ratio: 1:1.
For mixing tint with oxidant. Speeds up the oxidation of the tint.
