SHIPPING POLICY

* Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day.

Order Processing, Cancelation & Changes:

All Orders take 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process within our facility, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays, however during promotions orders may take an additional time to process. 


All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

 

Orders in Cyprus:

All Cyprus packages are sent by our chosen carriers, ACS courier or Akis Express courier. For more information about delivery process of these couriers you can contact them. 

Shiakidi Beauty is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all sends. If you are concerned that your package may be lost or damaged, please contact shiakidibeauty.com within 7 days from the last scanned date. All issues must be resolved within 14 business days of original contact.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Shiakidibeauty.com is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Shiakidibeauty.com has the right to charge an additional fee for any resends regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.

International Orders:

All international standard and priority chosen shipping options are shipped by Cyprus local postal service or Fedex and are delivered by the destination’s local postal service or Fedex. Shiakidi Beauty is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Express shipping options. If you are concerned your package is lost or damaged, please contact Shiakidibeauty.com within 15 days from the last scanned date.

International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Shiakidi Beauty does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes.
