While Step 1 allows for reshaping, the Neutralizer does the vital work of reconstructing keratin chains, ensuring a durable lift that stays in place for weeks.

PRO TIP: For the best results, use exactly the same amount of Neutralizer as you did for Step 1 (Permanent Gel). Apply it to the same area of the lash or brow to ensure the bonds are perfectly balanced and the hair remains healthy and strong!
Step 2: Neutralizing Protocol
Application Symmetry
After removing the Permanent Gel, apply the Neutralizer Cream. Ensure you cover the exact same area as Step 1. The creamy texture allows for precise placement, protecting the tips of the hair while fixing the roots.
Balanced Processing
Leave the Neutralizer to process for the same amount of time as you did for Step 1. This ensures a perfect chemical balance, rebuilding the hair’s disulphide bonds to secure the new upward lift or brow direction.
Removal & Prep
Gently remove the cream with a dry cotton swab or pad. The hair is now “frozen” in its new shape and perfectly prepped for the tinting phase or the final Step 3 Regenerating Cream treatment.
